With the RAM Tough-Track rail system, the possibilities for mounting on flat surfaces are almost endless for off-road vehicles, cars, combine harvesters, motorboats, tractors, trucks and much more. Special rail bases with 1 inch (size B) or 1.5 inches (size C) are inserted into the mounting rails, to which you attach your RAM holder. Depending on the length of the rail, several rail bases can be used.
The anodized aluminum is designed for a reliable and robust mounting solution and offers smooth sliding on the rail as well as corrosion protection. Included are two toploader end caps, which create insertion points at each end, and two flush end caps. The toploader end caps add approximately 3.8 cm
(1.5 inches) to the overall system length at each end.
Composite tracks are available in lengths of 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 30 and 38 inches.
